Companies Plan to Focus on Specific Social Strategy Objectives in 2011

In a recent survey from Altimeter Group, social media strategists shared their Company plans for 2011. The top three internal social strategy objectives were reported as 48.3% focusing on creating ROI measurements, 37.3% on internal education and training, and 34.7% determining an organizational model from this survey.
