Do You Follow Me? Twitter Introduces “You Both Follow” Feature

Ever want to know if you’re following the same people your friends are following? Forget sifting through lists, Twitter has just announced a new feature on their platform: “You Both Follow”.

Image showing Twitter's new "You Both Follow" feature on their platform. This new feature combines similar characteristics to Facebook (where you can see mutual friends that ‘Like’ a particular page, brand, blog, etc).  Now when viewing someone’s profile on Twitter, you can see which profiles or friends you mutually follow.

By adding this new tool, marketers and users will be able to build more connections across the Twittersphere. Social media marketers have a lot to look forward to with this feature as it can be a way to find and connect with influencers in their particular field or industry. As Twitter develops more features for the platform, we are seeing that this network is more than just about observing, but truly about building a deeper connection and growing social networks.

Please note: This feature is still being tested and may not be available to all users.
