LinkedIn’s new profile design began its rollout this week to premium members, with a larger profile photo and customizable header image, taking inspiration from Twitter, Facebook and even YouTube. See the new design below:
In addition, the social network also rolled out enhancements for how premium users show up in search results, allowing them to select from a set of personalized keywords, which allows their profiles to show up twice as large as members using the free service.
It’s an attempt to increase paid memberships, and this new feature will be important for LinkedIn to do so. See more about this here.
