After months of rumors, Twitter finally announced yesterday afternoon their official analytics product is now available. While this is great news for businesses that want to better understand how others are interacting with their tweets, it is bad news for those companies that have been working on developing their own version of a Twitter analytics dashboard.
With this new analytics product users will be able to see an abundance of information in relation to their tweets including:
- – Most successful tweets
- – Which tweets make individuals unfollow
- – Most influential users based on ReTweets and replies to tweets
- – The ability to filter tweets by categories such as, “best,” “good,” and “all”
‘Twitter Analytics’ is not available to everyone yet. For now, only a select group of users will be invited to test this new free product.
