Like it’s gotta be easy. Like easy to use. It can be the prettiest website in the world. Yeah. But if you can’t find what you want. If I can’t figure out how to buy the thing. Ugh, it’s the war, like I immediately, I’m like, I’m outta here. Yeah, it’s like I give up. Yeah, you just bounce right off the site. Yeah, so what makes a site easy to use besides like, you know, just workin’ right? Well, I mean, that’s a good starting point, right? Sure. But think about it, like intuitive navigation. Can you find what you want easily? Are the products categorized well? Is there a search bar that actually works? That’s a good point. Uh-huh. I feel like sometimes those search bars are like almost useless. Oh, totally. Like you type in what you want and it’s like, did you mean this thing that’s not even remotely related? Exactly, you’re like, no, I wanted a shirt. Why are you showing me gardening tools? Yeah, or like they have every single product under the sun, but they only have like three really broad categories. Oh, yeah, it’s a nightmare. And you’re just scrolling forever. Forever, it’s like an endless abyss of products. Exactly. So yeah, intuitive navigation is huge. Okay, so that’s user-friendliness now.
